Customization Process: Customers can upload designs, logos, or other specifications directly via our design tool or email. Material selection includes a range of premium performance fabrics. A digital proof of the design will be sent for approval, and production begins only after confirmation and full payment.

Custom Features: Personalization options include adding names, numbers, or other details to each jersey. Note that slight variations in color may occur due to printing technology.

Bulk Customization: Competitive pricing and packages are available for sports clubs or bulk orders. Contact us for details.

2. Payment and Pricing

Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Bank transfers are also available for bulk orders.

Pricing Structure: Pricing depends on design complexity, material, and order size. Volume discounts are offered for bulk purchases (minimum quantity applies). Contact us for personalized quotes.

Payment Policy: Full payment is required before order processing. Customization begins only after payment confirmation.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchange

Customized items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Ensure all details, including size and design, are correct before finalizing your order. For defective products, contact us within 7 days of delivery to report issues. Exchanges are available for items with verified defects.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods: Currently delivering within Australia only. Delivery times depend on location and production schedules.

Tracking Your Order: Tracking details are provided upon shipment. Allow 24 hours for updates.

Shipping Issues: Elpis Sports is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.

Ownership of Designs: Elpis Sports reserves the right to reject designs that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property laws. Designs created by Elpis Sports remain the property of the company and may not be reproduced without permission.
